Light and Shadows. 

This show is inspired by Chiaroscuro, one of the canonical painting modes of the Renaissance.
The literal definition is:Chiraroscuro (pronounced: kee-aa-ruh-skyur-ow)
noun
the treatment of light and shade in drawing and painting.
an effect of contrasted light and shadow created by light falling unevenly or from a particular direction on something.

We are excited to see how our modern masters use this technique today in painting, drawing, and photography. 
Writers and performing artists may be inspired to write about light and shadows they see in the world.
